Yes. Rometa's technical department designs custom plants for specific needs: fixed tilting machines over the pallet, lines for concrete-polyurethane pieces, special palletisers, reinforcement feeders inside the mould, multi-level machines, water-cleaning systems for pavers, rotary multi-fork carts and lines for producing vibro-compacted channels.

12 months from the plant's commissioning, or a maximum of 18 months from the delivery of the machinery (whichever comes first), unless the contract states otherwise. It covers parts and labour; it doesn't include transport, customs, accommodation or travel, unless specifically agreed.

It's recommended to buy a batch of spares and consumables worth 1-2% of the machinery's value, including first-aid parts to avoid production stoppages. After start-up, Rometa manages the supply of additional spare parts: parts from our own stock are dispatched immediately, depending on the client's location, while parts from external suppliers take between 1 week and 1 month, subject to availability.

Up to 95% of issues are resolved remotely via an Internet connection, with no need for a technician to travel. When the problem requires it, Rometa technicians travel to the client's installation. The machinery is designed with standard market components to make local spare parts easier to source and reduce downtime. Support is provided in Spanish, English and French, with a guaranteed response time of 24 hours. Remote assistance is compatible with any PLC or drive brand, with Lenze as the main equipment fitted on Rometa machines.

Assembly of the installation takes between 2 and 5 weeks, followed by 1 to 3 weeks of staff training on operating the machinery, the manufacturing process and optimal concrete dosing. Rometa sends specialised technicians for the assembly, supported by the client's own staff, and runs no-load tests before production begins. This service is included in the machine's price at no extra cost, and Rometa provides it anywhere in the world.

Civil works are the client's responsibility. Rometa provides all the necessary construction drawings and advises on the most suitable methods, as well as assisting the client during the works to prevent and correct any errors.

A precast plant is organised into three areas: production and mixing (400-600 m²), curing (600-800 m²), and a yard for stock, loading and unloading (4,000-10,000 m²), for an approximate total of 4,000 to 10,000 m² depending on the project. Rometa carries out a site study to propose the optimal layout, including aggregate storage location and truck circulation.
