It lets you produce pieces with two types of aggregate: a coarser one underneath and a finer or pigmented one on the visible face, cutting colourant cost by up to 70% since the whole piece doesn't need colouring. Machine output drops by 25% compared with standard mode, since filling happens twice (two mixes), but the pigment savings offset that capacity loss on decorative pieces.

Precise, consistent colour reproduction on every cycle, thanks to automatic pigment agitation and a cleaning system that minimises production stoppages. It's compatible with Rometa's aggregate, additive, cement and concrete dosing systems, and allows colour-gradient effects.

They sit between the mould and the vibrating table and transmit vibration to the piece with maximum efficiency. Rometa recommends wood or synthetic-material pallets for correct manufacturing and production of precast pieces.

Up to 40%, thanks to precise temperature and humidity control during curing before palletising, which also ensures uniform mechanical strength. They fully integrate into continuous production lines for blocks, pavers and other pieces.
