Internal information system

1. Purpose and scope

With the aim of promoting a communication culture as a mechanism for preventing activities or omissions that may constitute serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences, ROMETA SA has appointed the Head of Human Resources as Criminal Compliance Officer (RCP), and has established an internal information channel in accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February.

2. How to submit a report

You can contact the Criminal Compliance Officer through the following means:

• Post: For the attention of the Criminal Compliance Officer (RCP) — Zona Industrial, Ronda de les Conques, 21-23, 08180 Moià
• In-person meeting: By requesting a meeting with the Criminal Compliance Officer (maximum 7 calendar days).
• Written submission: By delivering a written document directly to the Criminal Compliance Officer.

Reports may be submitted on an identified or anonymous basis. ROMETA SA guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter's identity and the information provided.

3. Reporter guarantees

ROMETA SA expressly guarantees:

• The confidentiality of the reporter's identity and the data included in the report.
• The prohibition of retaliation of any kind against the reporting person.
• The processing of information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation.
• Acknowledgement of receipt within a maximum of seven calendar days of receiving the report.
• A maximum period of three months to respond to investigations carried out.

4. Personal data processing

Personal data provided through the Whistleblower Channel will be processed by ROMETA SA solely for the purpose of managing the report received, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to process the report.
