Description
The Rometa wetcast fence production line manufactures up to 500 m²/day with smooth or textured finishes imitating wood, stone or exposed concrete. The wetcast process ensures pieces with uniform decorative finish and high structural resistance.
A fence is a vertical exterior element used to delimit land, fitted into posts with grooves designed for assembly.
Two sands and colour are used for producing wet concrete. Selecting the right aggregates is of great importance for achieving good-quality final products, the goal is a piece with the desired hardness and the least amount of cement possible, and the mix must be as homogeneous as possible through good dosing of aggregates, cement and the appropriate amount of water.
The manufacturing process consists of filling, vibration, elevation to the drying area, lowering, demoulding and palletizing, turning for cleaning, cleaning and lubrication.
